Dear Parents,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support during SATs this term. The children have been given maths, spellings and grammar to revise before the exams and please continue to encourage your child to read every day.

Once the tests are over, we will be working on a few exciting projects: an end of term performance, transition work in preparation for going to secondary school, ICT, science, and PE activities. After SATs, the majority of children in the class will spend a week at Broomley Grange. We also plan to organise a trip using the money the children raised through their Virgin Grow project to celebrate the end of the year and their time at Farne Primary.

It has been a pleasure to work with the children this year and we look forward to working with you and your children during their final year at our lovely school.
